Leszek Cichoński Blues Band is one of the most famous blues-rock bands in Poland. Bluesman from Wroclaw, as well as many European musicians who could not hear their favorite blues musicians live, he studied using records of B. B. King, Jimi Hendrix and many other legendary representatives of the genre.
Leszek Cichoński is known not only as a musician but also as a promoter, thanks to which many interesting blues musicians from the United States visited Poland, author of training manuals and one of the most active blues popularizers of Poland. Recently Leszek hit the Guinness Book of Records, having brought together in the center of native Wroclaw 588 guitarists simultaneously performing version of «Hey Joe», which became famous due to Jimi Hendrix.
