The Ukrainian Institute has taken the initiative to publish a sheet music collection of the late jazz musician Serhii Artemov, who tragically lost his life in the war. This collection features 8 previously unreleased works that he was working on with fellow musicians before the full-scale invasion.You can explore “Serhii Artemov. In memoriam” via the link.
Serhii Artemov was a prominent figure on the Dnipro jazz scene and a member of the Vibe Trio. He contributed greatly to projects such as Dark Side Trio, Danylo Vinarikov Ensemble, and Elevation Trio, and performed with globally renowned musicians like Godwin Louis, Christopher McBride, Charles Turner, Breezy Rodio, Will Jacobs, Noreda Graves, Onita Boone, Khailf Wailin' Walter.
