Leonid Vintskevich, a honored Artist of Russia, art director of the festival "Jazz Province", pianist and composer, is known outside of Russia. He has toured and released recordings together with such stars as Lembit Saarsalu, Elvin Jones, Lionel Hampton, Kevin Mahogany, Valery Ponomarev, Evelyn White, John Stowell, Conrad Herwig, Eva Cornelius, David Freezer, Utah Glaser, Joel Hekkala and many others. Virtuosity and inventiveness of this pianist, his music steeped with folklore, his out of box "explosive" thinking and emotionalism were highly praised by auditors and critics.
Son of Leonid Vintskevich, saxophonist Nick Vintskevich is one of the brightest representatives of the new generation of jazz musicians. He has successfully toured at numerous festivals: Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival (USA), "Jazz Province" (Russia), Jazz Kaar (Estonia), KaamosJazz (Finland), and others. In the late 90's. Vintskevich Jr. was honored to play in USA with one of the veterans of jazz, the great vibraphonist Lionel Hampton. Along with that, Nick has jammed with such famous jazz musicians as Lewis Nash, Grady Tate, Santi Debriano, Bill Sharlap and others.
Bass guitarist Kip Reed toured with various groups and soloists, as Mausha Adnet, Jay Ashby, Tania Maria, Joe Lovano, Lenny Andrade, Gil Evans Orchestra, Paulo Jobim, Donna Summer. His addiction to the Brazilian music, combined with experience of rock, jazz and funk music made him one of the most in-demand bass players in present-to-day New York.
Joel Taylor is one of the most popular and protean drummers of modern jazz music. He graduated from Berkley College of Music, where his teachers were Alan Dawson and Gary Cheffi. He has toured and released recordings together with artists performing the large scale of different musical styles: Stanley Clarke, Allan Holdsworth, Al Di Meola, Frank Gembeyl, Andy Summers, Mickey Thomas, Bobby Kimball, Edgar Winter, Vesta Williams, Phil Perry, Bobby Caldwell, Joe Sample, Jeff Lorber, Herb Alpert. He worked with legendary producers David Foster and Peter Wolf, and many composers known as authors of the music for films, television and radio programs and commercials.
