June, 24th, the Metropolitan Gardens in Lviv - new collection "Ukrainian Haute Couture" by Oksana Karavanska
On Saturday, June 24, the Metropolitan Gardens in Lviv again expects fashionable guests. For the third time within Alfa Jazz Fest, the famous Ukrainian designer Oksana Karavanska will show the new collection "Ukrainian Haute Couture". On this day in the blossoming Metropolitan Gardens fashion, theater, song and traditions wiil be joined together. Natalia Polovynka, the director, will create a unique artistic territory for the Oksana Karavanska’sfashion-story.
The previous two shows of Oksana Karavanska in this unique place contributed to the restoration of the Metropolitan Gardens of Andrey Sheptytsky, the aristocratism and sophistication of landscape design returned here. This year, the new fashion-story of the designer will move to the previously not involved part of the Park.
Oksana Karavanska is one of the most creative designers of Ukraine, her shows are always bright and enchanting, collections are extremely fashionable, fully Ukrainian and absolutely unpredictable.
The co-organizer of the show is the charity organization "Spiritual Vidrogenya Foundation" of the UGCC, whose goal is the development of the Church's social projects, in particular the renewal of the Metropolitan Gardens.
Natalia Polovynka is a director, singer and actress who through theater, music and singing, creates a unique artistic territory for the fashion-story of Karavanska. Guests will "try" an exquisite cocktail of high fashion and performance "Wedding - the eternal flowering of the Earth", which is built on traditional wedding songs from all over Ukraine.
"My new fashion story will show fashion in the blossoming Metropolitan Gardens as a theater," Oksana Karavanska intrigues. - This time I was inspired by authentic Ukrainian wedding ceremonies. What could be more beautiful than white on green grass, especially accompanied by a mystical acappella polyphonic singing?!"
The new Oksana Karavanska’s collection "Ukrainian Haute Couture" will be presented on Saturday, June 24, in the Metropolitan Gardens in Lviv (St. George's Square, 5) at 4:30 pm
