High fashion, high music - June 30 on Saint George Hill in the restored Metropolitan Gardens
Special event Leopolis Jazz Fest 2018: on Saturday, June 30, the Metropolitan Gardens, which are on Saint George Hill in Lviv, are again waiting for special guests.
For the fourth consistent year within of the Leopolis Jazz Fest, the well-known Ukrainian designer Oksana Karavanska will show her new fashion show in this unique place - this will be the Ukrainian Haute Couture 2018 collection this year.
Fashion-story will be accompanied by the famous symphony orchestra "INSO-Lviv".
The collection of Oksana Karavanska's "Ukrainian Haute Couture 2018" - the quintessence of classics, nobility and old-fashioned craftsmanship. In her evening dress performs solo, she is like a living creature: the body gives her a form and serves as a pedestal, the music "INSO-Lviv" - breathe life, and lace from ancient sacred carvings invests soul.
Oksana Karavanska is one of the most creative designers in Ukraine, her shows are always bright and unusual, collections are sharply fashionable and their style out of time.
Academic Symphony Orchestra "INSO-Lviv" was founded in 1998. Artistic director - composer Myroslav Skoryk. The orchestra has great experience of tour experiences in Europe, Colombia and China, is a member of many international music festivals, including Leopolis Jazz Fest.
Metropolitan Gardens Andrei Sheptytsky - park of the ХVІІІ cent., closed for public visit, traditionally opens for Leopolis Jazz Fest guests. The previous three shows of Oksana Karavanska contributed to the restoration of the Gardens - and here returned aristocracy and elegance of landscape design.
Guests of the fashion show of Oksana Karavanska at the Metropolitan Gardens were the first lady Maryna Poroshenko, the wife of Prime Minister Tereza Yatsenyuk, the wife of Lviv Mayor Kateryna Kit-Sadova, singer and deputy Oksana Bilozir, TV presenter Katia Osadcha and Oleksiy Diveev-Tserkovnyy, participants of the vocal the Pikkardiyska Tertsia formation and other well-known ukrainians.
The co-organizer of the show is the Foundation for the Spiritual Renaissance of the UGCC, whose purpose is to develop the social projects of the Church, in particular the renewal of the Metropolitan Gardens.
